Shipping: Please allow about 5 to 10 days business days for delivery. Outside of Switzerland please expect 10 to 15 business days. The company cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Cost of shipping:

- Goods totalling less than CHF 150 - CHF 10.00
- Goods totalling CHF 150 or more - FREE
- Flat Rate - CHF 25.00

Otherwise please contact us for cost of shipping.

Returns: Our number one priority is for our clients to be completely satisfied. Please contact us by email or phone (sales@mullum.ch, +41 55 211 22 62) and we will endeavour to resolve any problem to the best of our ability.

For non-faulty goods, we will be happy to exchange or refund subject to the following conditions:

we are notified within 10 days of delivery to arrange return;
we authorise the return;
goods should still be in a saleable condition, undamaged, with tags still attached and in the original packaging;
footwear should be tried only on carpeted floors to protect the soles and returned in good order;

you may return by post or in-store.

Faulty goods: Goods are deemed faulty if you receive them in a damaged condition or where a manufacturing fault occurs.
Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible we will offer an exchange to the same product in the same size or repair the faulty item. If it cannot be replaced or repaired we will refund the purchase.
You must produce your receipt with your return.

Einwandfreie Waren können wir gerne unter den folgenden Bedingungen umtauschen oder erstatten:

Wir werden innerhalb von 10 Tagen nach Lieferung über eine gewünschte Rücksendung informiert.
Wir stimmen der Rücksendung zu.
Die Ware sollte in einem einwandfreien Zustand sein, unbeschädigt, mit Preisschildern und in der Originalverpackung.
Schuhe sollten ausschliesslich auf Teppichboden anprobiert werden, um die Sohlen zu schützen, und in gutem Zustand zurückgeschickt werden

Sie können die Ware per Post zurückschicken oder persönlich zurückbringen.

Fehlerhafte Waren: Waren gelten als fehlerhaft, wenn Sie sie in beschädigtem Zustand erhalten haben oder wenn ein Herstellungsfehler vorliegt.
Waren, die durch Gebrauch abgenutzt worden sind, gelten nicht als fehlerhaft.
Wann immer möglich, werden wir einen Austausch gegen das gleiche Produkt in gleicher Grösse anbieten oder das fehlerhafte Produkt reparieren.
Wenn die Ware nicht repariert oder ersetzt werden kann, erstatten wir den Kaufpreis zurück.
Bei Ihrer Rücksendung müssen Sie den Kaufbeleg mitschicken.
